Yes. A deposit is required to secure your event date.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future booking in accordance with our cancellation and rescheduling policy.
We recommend comfortable clothing suitable for movement and puppy cuddles. Closed-toe shoes or grip socks may be recommended depending on the event format. Additionally we do ask that you avoid jewlery that is loose fitting or dangles to avoid any choking hazards.
Absolutely! We understand plans change.
Rescheduling requests made with at least 7 days notice may transfer the deposit toward a future booking date, subject to availability.
The number of puppies varies depending on the event type, duration, group size, and puppy availability to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for both guests and puppies.
Our experiences feature adorable puppies including Cockapoos, Morkies, and other carefully selected breeds depending on availability and the event experience.
Depending on location and event type, yes! We are able to accommodate private homes, offices, studios, event venues, and special locations.
Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.
Yes! Our corporate experiences are perfect for team building, employee appreciation, office wellness initiatives, client events, and workplace celebrations.
Many of our experiences are family-friendly! However, event suitability may vary depending on the format.
Children attending events must be supervised by a parent or guardian & have a waiver signed.
We offer a variety of puppy experiences including but not limited to: birthday parties, corporate events, puppy Pilates, private bookings, wellness events, and customized experiences. If you have something unique in mind, we'd love to hear about it!
Our puppies’ wellbeing always comes first. Puppies may rotate, nap, hydrate, or take breaks as needed throughout the event.
