Our Puppy Party birthday experience brings a group of adorable puppies right to your celebration serving Toronto, the GTA and surrounding areas for an unforgettable, interactive experience your guests will be talking about long after the party ends. What to Expect: We take care of the setup and create a dedicated puppy play area where guests can cuddle, play, take photos, and spend time with the puppies. Our team stays onsite throughout the experience to manage the puppies, guide interactions, and make sure everyone, puppies included, are comfortable and having a great time. Made for Your Celebration: Each Puppy Party is tailored to your event, whether you're planning a children's birthday party at home, a milestone birthday, or a larger celebration at a private venue. We can also add special touches like Puppy Polaroids, balloons, and other event add-ons to make the experience your own. Pricing: Puppy Party birthday experiences start at $799 for one hour. Final pricing is based on your event details, including group size, number of puppies, event duration, travel, and any special requests or add-ons. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: To secure your event date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Your event date is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Bookings made within 7 days of the event date require payment in full at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to a future booking in accordance with the rescheduling policy below. Rescheduling: We understand plans can change! Requests to reschedule made 7 days or more before your event may transfer payments made toward a future Puppy Party booking, subject to availability. Requests made less than 7 days before the event are subject to a $250 rescheduling fee. Any remaining credit may be applied toward a future booking date, subject to availability. Cancellations: Because every Puppy Party requires advance scheduling, staffing, preparation and puppy coordination, the following cancellation policy applies: 7 days or more before the event: The 50% booking deposit is non-refundable. Any payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded. Less than 7 days before the event: Payments made toward the event are non-refundable. Less than 72 hours before the event or same-day cancellation: The full event balance remains payable and is non-refundable. Final Payment The remaining event balance must be received 7 days prior to the event. Puppy Party reserves the right to release the event date or cancel services if payment has not been received by the due date. Any additional services or add-ons requested after final payment must be paid in full prior to the event. We appreciate your understanding. These policies allow us to coordinate the puppies, staff and event preparations while providing the best possible experience for every Puppy Party.
